Promotes harmony of mind and body. Tai Chi is meditation in motion, movements are slow and gentle. Classes include muscle stretching and relaxation. Suitable for all ages.

GENTLE EXERCISE WITH QIGONG 
Especially suitable for people who wish to improve and maintain their level of fitness.  The class includes weight-bearing exercises for strength, exercises for flexibility, coordination, balance, controlled breathing and circulation.
